Dr Heather Chapman is an Associate Professor and Program Leader for the Health and Environment Program within the Smart Water Research Facility at Griffith University.
Associate Professor Chapman was previously the Program Leader of the Sustainable Water sources program in CRC Water Quality and Treatment from 2003 until 2008. Her research expertise includes aquatic ecotoxicology, application of water quality guidelines and the development of techniques for the use of biomarkers for biologically active substances in water, quality and wastewater management, water recycling, quantitative risk assessment and sustainable urban water management.
